Garden Parasol Bases

With the advent of spring there is no better time to buy garden parasols and parasol bases. Along with garden parasols and parasol bases we stock a range of accessories, including parasol heaters and parasol covers. Teak parasols are a great addition to any garden and need very little maintenance with only an annual coat of oil to keep their smooth beauty. Teak parasols are extremely hard wearing and come in a range of sizes to suit most needs.

Garden parasol bases are designed to keep your parasol where you want it and to give your parasol rigidity and strength. Not all parasol bases are the same and nowadays they come in a variety of shapes and materials from a concrete or granite base to a steel base or lawn spike. If you prefer, you can choose a base barrel and ground tube so that you can position the parasol wherever you want it. If you get a lot of wind in your garden then you may want to go for a heavy, concrete parasol base, but if your outdoor space is sheltered from the wind then a lightweight stainless steel base might be a better choice.

Garden parasols come in a range of sizes and styles and the cantilever parasol is the best thing in garden shading. A cantilever parasol can be tilted and rotated with little effort and provides great sun protection and also protection from the occasional summer shower. We stock Olefin fabric parasol covers that give extra protection and which are chemical, stain and sunlight resistant, they can withstand moisture and dry very quickly. We have a range of parasol heaters for when the evenings get chilly. Depending on the diameter of your parasol you can choose heaters with three or even four lamps to keep out the night time cold. Heaters are easy to fit when you choose our parasol heater bracket and we also stock a combination product that can be fixed to an outdoor wall, which is ideal if you like your garden furniture to remain in the same place.
